Module 1: Grip technique, stance, recoil control

For many shooters, managing and getting used to recoil (and the muzzle blast) is one of the biggest initial challenges, even though recoil is usually not perceived as unpleasant. Due to discomfort or, in some cases, subconscious tendencies to try to control the recoil while firing, shots are often missed, no matter how precise the sight picture, trigger control, breathing, stance, grip technique, and so on were beforehand.

The result is shots that, for the most part, drift significantly downward and toward the supporting hand. That is why Module 1 focuses on this aspect first, before the nuances of precise shooting are addressed in Module 2.
Participant
  • Max. 6 participants
Contents
  • Focus on managing and getting used to recoil as a foundation
  • Only then (in Module 2) do we move on to working on precise shooting technique and finer points
Duration
  • 2 hours

  • approx. 50-100 shots
Costs

MODULE 2

Module 3: Consolidation of practice

Here you’ll learn what really matters when it comes to accurate shooting. Which aspects are important, which are controversial, which are misunderstood, and which are almost irrelevant. You’ll gain knowledge and exercises that will allow you to gradually improve your accuracy on your own, with a manageable amount of ammunition and time.

If you tend to have frequent shots that drift downward and toward your support hand side, Module 1 is recommended first! For adjustable sights (rear sight and red dot), the zeroing can be checked beforehand upon request. Please let us know in advance!
