Long-range course Module 1: Theory and practice

This course teaches the basics of long-range shooting in theory and practice—as solid preparation for shooting up to 1,000 m and beyond. You will learn how to understand ballistics, set up your equipment correctly, and document your shots accurately in order to achieve reproducible hits.

  • Documentation: Keeping a ballistics log and using data correctly
  • Weapon setup: Rifle scope, mount, zero/basic adjustment

  • Long-range shooting technique: Use up to 300 m
  • Correct shooting position (prone) and stable supports
  • Ballistics tower: Implement settings correctly
  • Optics & reticle: work cleanly, use holding points
